Horrible across the board, stay away! Pretty easy and affordable initial set up to grab your money but once you need them to pay up it is just a horrible experience all around. They request itemized bills from the patient on forms their own approved providers cannot fulfill. You never get the money back. I wish i can put less than 0 stars.
I needed to purchase school insurance for my son and it was pretty easy and affordable.
DON'T BE FOOLED!!! I bought this plan for my son who is a freshman -- he injured hi knee while running AT SCHOOL - DURING PRACTICE .... everything about the injury was SCHOOL RELATED... and they denied the claim, stating it was "not due to a specific accident as described by the policy". The school trainer submitted the medical details, as did his doctor. Everything was documented specifically. This is a SCAM!!!!
