I requested a referral for a required breast ultrasound for over 2 months and the office never got around to doing it. Everytime I got a chance to speak to someone (when the phones were working, because they seem to never work when I call) I got an ok we'll call you. Never called. One time the young lady had the nerve to tell me it takes to much time to call my insurance for a referral and when she had time she'll get around to it. Horrible experience
Never makes eye contact when speaking with you and talks about herself. Has front office call about blood work instead of she calling discussing results.
