If you are wanting to get your motorhome repaired in an efficient, dependable, and trustworthy fashion, FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Given multiple chances, this repairman proved himself to be completely unreliable. I originally contacted Joe based on referral of a friend. After discussing the issue with my motorhome on May 28, Joe told me he would call on May 31 to schedule appointment for possibly June 3. Ripped off by him. Comes out says my cooling unit is bad on my rv . Told me $2200 for new cooling unit or $2800 for new refrigerator. Refrigerator takes 5 to 6 weeks to get. Puts in cooling unit for $2500. Does not get cool. comes back a couple times try's different settings and thens says its under warranty from dometic call them hes not coming back. Now i have to pay someone else and sue him for my money. And I will.
