I had to get a new company because I couldn't reach them for them to complete my home warranty claim and my he warranty company could not reach them either. I called, left a voicemail, and did the online quote to no avail.

Cannot get anyone on the phone or through email. Very poor service.
I would give them 100 stars! When some trees fell on the power lines, they also took down the transformer. Needless to say, it was a mess! I called three companies and set appointments asking them to look at the job and give me quotes to replace the outside meter boxes and lines to two houses affected. One company said they would be there at 10 am, never called, never showed up.
