Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
