I have a home warranty with American home shield and our heater wasn't heating properly and running constantly. Tyler was dispatched and fixed the issue. He was courteous, knowledgeable and determined to solve the problem. The thermostat was the wrong type and was causing the ac and heater to run simultaneously. He replaced the thermostat and voila works like a charm. I would recommend this company 100%
I will rate this company below one star.My home AC unit wasn’t cooling.I put a service request through my Home warranty.Tech Jon came out from Myers Comfort and told me my Nest thermostat is bad and replaced it with a new cheap thermostat (with no heat pump option) and then telling me l need a new AC unit .I contact my home warranty to find out my options and was told that they are waiting on Myers Comfort for diagnosis report.Things keep getting delayed,.I called their office and tech but no one answer or return my phone ca... read more
This is the worst company i have ever done business with! They do not answer the phone and the jerks in the parts department hung up on me. I have been a business owner for 35 years and never disrespected a customer like that. AHC is known better
