I’ve never written a review in my life, but this experience made me feel I had to. A staff member approached us after closing and spoke to us like we were being scolded, which was already shocking. Then, even while we were at the cashier in the middle of purchasing several items, we were told to leave if we were still deciding on one of the items. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and left a really bad impression — absolutely no courtesy or respect.

First time I purchased a pair of shoes online from Myer, unfortunately they didn’t fit me and I thought I could return them. It was not clearly indicated on the website and the description was vague and misleading. Weird policy that does not benefit the customer. I won’t buy from them again and advise anyone who purchases from Myer to watch out for these sneaky rules.

I went to look for 2 lamps online it said this store had 2 spoke to lady called Zoe she looked around the bedding dept for me and out not find them She asked if we would be willing to wait a while she would go do2nstairs to basement and search for them sure enough about 20mins later she found them for me This young lady went out of her way to provide excellent service Zoe easy could have said sorry we dont have them and we would have left the store empty handed I drove from pimpama to try.my luck I'm fortunate I had someone ... read more

Kitchen appliances department. Asked about matching a price that was $10 lower elsewhere. Instead of a straightforward response, I received a lengthy lecture about how matching it would mean the store was losing money, delivered in a rather condescending tone. Completely unnecessary for such a small difference.
