I purchased an item with a 3 year warranty that developed a fault after 6 months. I phoned Myer for some assistance to contact the manufacturer to manage the return. Unfortunately no assistance was forthcoming as Myer couldn't be bothered returning my phone calls. Six weeks later I've accepted that I will have to purchase a replacement. But it won't be from Myer and that apathy has just lost them a customer of forty years.
Shame on you Myer. This store is so sad.
