Purchased an E-Bike 4 months ago. The bike's motor broke down. The store is refusing warranty saying "the software setting on the bike has been changed, voiding the warranty". They refuse to fix this almost brand new bike. We have never touched settings or tampered with the factory settings in any way and this is extremely unfair. Highly recommend Gabriel at MyEbike in Roseberry. He is knowledgeable and patient. I wish I could express how rare that is without talking badly about other bike stores in Sydney we've tried. His patience and kindness allowed us to try several bikes, take them on test rides and stay even longer than his 6pm close. He really cares about pairing you with the right bike, not just making a sale. My girlfriend and I recommend reaching out to Gabriel if you are looking for your next bike.
