I would not recommend them to anybody. Very unprofessional. You always have to chase them to find out if your hearing aid is there or not. Keep on promising today and tomorrow and it took months. Talked to the manager Brian he did nothing except empty promises and I would call he wouldn’t call back. They won’t switch the hearing aid easily to make you happy but they were quick to take the $3000 but not willing to put you in the best hearing aid possible.
