So Jon and Todd came out this morning for a clogged drain. I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. They unfortunately were unable to unclog the drain no fault of theirs but because of a problem with the pipes and unfortunately I could not approve the work since I do not own the house. They were both kind and understanding and they did get to the core of the problem. Once I get the approval from the home owner I am hoping that they will be back to finish the job. Jon came by for something as simple as turning on my water heater. Communication was great. He was knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer! It’s a relief knowing we have helping hands like this in the Carmichael community!
