Great tech and knowledgeable.
It is August the 3rd 2025. This is an awesome company. They went out of their way to do the right thing. John and the rest of the guys are spot on. They replaced an outdated tankless water heater and updated it to code. I am more than impressed and happy with them. And I am hard to impress. Thank you I will use them again in the future.
Paradise plumbing was able to get me in same day, I got a text they were on their way, super timely! Jon assessed the problem gave me 2 options for repair, returned with supplies and completed job-quickly! . He was great to work with and will be using Jon again for my next old house plumbing needs!
Jon came out quickly and identified the problem with my insta under the sink water heater. He was fast and efficient.
