we ordered a $500 item from them, which was not acceptable for our needs. we were instructed to return the item to the manufacturer, which we did. the manufacturer refunded "my digital discount", yet they never in turn refunded me. They have not responded to numerous calls or e-mails. Do not waste your time or money on this company.
