I would strongly discourage anyone from using My Dental Elgin. Our experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. On two separate occasions, appointments for my children were cancelled the same day without any prior notice. This is completely unacceptable. As a result, I had to miss work and my children missed school. That time that cannot be recovered; all because of the office’s lack of communication and organization.
