4431 Travis St. Unit 104. You can judge the pictures yourself. Owners, Ronald Weisfield and Slawomir Leszinski that both live on St. John’s in Highland Park didn’t feel the need to fix this issue. Both these men have been sued 16+ times if that says anything about their reputations. Side by side picture is what they sent code inspectors of roof but roof was never fixed. See you in court!
Absolute joke. The entire year I lived with them they tried stealing money multiple times. Double charging utilities. Charged a late fee on rent when I had paid it a month early. I moved out a month ago and now they are trying to keep my deposit, 400 dollars for a stain that was there when I moved in and 200 dollars for blinds that are perfectly fine in my move out video. Do not rent from these people. See you in court. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON. (Apt 381 on Cedar Springs)
