All the good doctors has left. We left and went somewhere else
I have been a Patient since before it became MyCare Medical. The front office staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Currently I am being cared for by Stella Chang. She is very thorough, and listens to my concerns and gives feedback. The environment at the office is excellent. It is easy to make appointments in a timely manner. Comfortable office with a caring staff!
Not sure what is going on here. I do know that they do not take your health or comfort seriously. They definitely do not listen to what a patient has to say. Shameful in my opinion.
Extremely unprofessional across the board! I had a total knee replacement done on both knees, three months apart (they were not the surgeons office!!). The first surgery I had no issues because I saw a different doctor there that went on maternity leave afterward. Before my second surgery I saw Dr. Otong and explained to him the places I used previously for my physical therapy after the surgery. He wrote them down and said he would put the referrals in.
