I was scheduled two times with Miss Martinez and she have canceled my appointment. What kind of doctor is she How do you advertise we value you we care about you and care about your health what makes you think the doctor really cares about her patients if she can’t even go to work to attend her patients either look for another job I put one star just because you have to put a star I give her zero she’s unprofessional and responsible as a doctor
Ive been going to this clinic for a few years now and although the doctors are good, the front office receptionists Alexa and Ruby are very RUDE and are there to clock in and clock out only and NOT to help the patients. Their unnecessary attitude, face making, laziness and shear bluntness telling u that they arent going to help you is beyond belief. and very frustrating. If you want to keep your patients, you need to have better front desk people or train them in better customer service retention and skills.
I have been going to this place for 3 years and I love it. The gentleman that answers the phone has great customer service. Mrs. Pinales and her Medical Assistant are also amazing. Highly recommend it.
The receptionist will literally do anything not to speak to you directly. I could not answer my phone when they called so when I showed up for my appointment it was given away to someone else. Waisted my time. Look at the reviews 👎🏼
