This rating is not a reflection on Dr. Ortiz or the lab technicians, who have been great. My issue is entirely with the front desk and administrative staff, whose lack of basic customer service is astounding. As someone who’s worked in customer-facing roles for years, I know firsthand that time is money. My virtual appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM — theoretically a convenience to save time.
