Went in on a Monday arvo to book a service and a repair for the Friday coming, they said they didn’t have much booked in so wouldn’t be an issue to do the repair. On the Friday when I dropped car off they told me they wouldn’t do the repair now cause they now have 15 other services to do that day, so they completely overbooked on services and didn’t manage their workload properly.
