I waited around 7 hours, but it was honestly worth it. I really want to acknowledge Chris — he was doing so much on his own, from mechanic work to reception and customer service. Despite that, he stayed patient, professional, and kind throughout the whole day. That level of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. Big thumbs up to Chris, and thank you for taking care of everything.

Dropped my car off with my young baby at 8.30am in the morning. By 2pm hadn’t heard anything so called them and was told it was up on the hoist, so I went to pick the car up at 2.50pm and then was told my car hadn’t even been done yet. I was walking around the shopping centre all day with my baby just to get my car done, so to say I’m annoyed is an understatement. They gave a poor ‘sorry’, but didn’t seem to care very much. Definitely won’t be back here ever!!! If I could give no starts I would!!
