I was happy with the denturist but the lady at the reception desk was rude and ignorant. They don't follow billing codes set out by insurance companies and I was left owing out of pocket until I could be reimbursed. Even then because of how they bill I wasn't fully reimbursed like i should have been. When i brought up not expecting to be out of pocket I was told I could go elsewhere after they had already charged my insurance. I will not go back even for the warranty work and I now warn people to avoid this place.
Very happy with my experience at My Bite. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.
Thank you Christian & the wonderful staff at MyBite. I highly recommend this place 100%. I was so self conscious of my missing teeth & Christian did a great job answering questions & giving me my smile back
Great experience. Friendly staff
