Mindy has been doing my mani-pedis for years. She is friendly, professional and caring. Exceptional service!
Have been going here for over 10 yrs. Always a good experience, gel manicure and regular pedicure and eye brow wax. The long time staff are excellent. For the experience and cost, I keep going back. Make an appt, that’s the key.
DO NOT GET THE ELDERLY NAIL TECH!! OR EVEN BETTER TURN AROUND AND GO TO PARIS NAILS IN SHARON HEIGHTS PLAZA (Paris nails is way more luxurious, where Mya is cheap and just unorganized) My elderly nail tech was extremely rude, and very temperamental. First off I was getting my tips glued on, and then she puts the nail glue underneath my pinky tip, and put so much they she every glued her finger to mine. It was my first time ever doing a cat eye so I was unfamiliar with the process. I picked the cat eye color but didn’t realize I was supposed to pick a base color. I even told my tech that I’ve never had cat eye before but she didn’t even advise me to pick a base color. So I just had the glitter polish and was charged full price ($53). I think it’s overpriced and ridiculous that 1.) she didn’t ask/advise about a base coat and 2.) I was charged full price for essentially 2-3 layers of polish. I have been getting acrylic nails for years and have previously went to mya nails and had a great experience, unfortunately that was certainly not the case today. I went in and showed a picture of the length and nail shape I wanted, and then verbally clarified I wanted long nails. She then cut the acrylic to an appropriate length, but through the process kept filing the nails down significantly.
