Efrain Bobadilla is the epitome of negligence and unprofessionalism when it comes to real estate. He was the listing agent for the home I purchased. To say that he ruined my first home buying experience is an understatement. Please do yourself a favor and run the other way. The sellers even complained to me about him. He clearly is just there to collect a paycheck and doesn't have anyone's best interests in mind.
