This is my second time using My Way Carpet. While my first involved carpeting my residence, the second was to bind a piece of carpeting. Each time I was always pleased with the service as well as the finished product. I have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends.
We were extremely pleased with the work that Issa and his crew did. They were patient, kind, and hard-working. We highly recommend them to others. We are looking forward to having them carpet other rooms in our home.

I called My Way Carpet to have a large remnant of my newly installed carpeting bound. I spoke with Sam, the Carpet Man and he was very informative and clear about pricing, etc. Sam picked up the remnant promptly and he was very pleasant and polite. A short while after, Nick called me up to inform me that my carpet was not as big as I thought and that might change my plans. I am thrilled with how the carpet Looks! Long story short I hired one of those chain carpet places for other stairs. They weren't able to do all stairs as promised and to top it off the installers only spoke Spanish so communication was terrible. I also had to point out to them in numerous spots where they needed to reinforce with staples. I contact @samthecarpetman and he was able to take care of everything. They fixed my damaged expensive rug by hand pulling out the fibers in a row where my puppy dug a hole. They cut it in two and bound all sides so it looked the same all around. Now I have 2 rugs that I can use instead of one. Professionally done and extremely satisfied. Thank you.
Absolutely Outstanding! My Way Carpet installers showed up (unexpected) at my door the day before Thanksgiving due to a miscommunication in scheduling. I was very apprehensive about having bedroom and hallway carpet installed day before a holiday. The installers who happen to be cousins got to work and within 2-1/2 hours had the job completed ( furniture moved, old carpet and padding removed, new padding and carpet installed).
