I visited the dealership to test drive a 2022 Tiguan with 36,000 miles. Jose Hernandez discouraged a pre-purchase inspection, saying the car was already checked. I had a Capital One pre-approval through CarGurus and confirmed that they worked with the dealership. Despite this, they ran my credit with several in-house lenders. Hours later and after six credit checks, the business manager finally honored my pre-approval. It took four hours to complete the deal. When I picked up the car, it was filthy. Within weeks, I had brake... read more

The lack of customer service skills amongst their service advisors is unacceptable. I felt as if I was pulling them away from their personal text messages and private conversations. One person seemed so bothered by my family (which is different than most) that he passed us on to another advisor. Absolutely no communication from them. I had to be the one to call and check. When I did it was always one word answers short quick no information. I was from out of town and needed my vehicle to get home. They knew that and still co... read more

Ive had a very rough 8 months with my car I’ve purchased from here. First, they sold me a car stating “they wouldn’t put anything on the lot that needed work”. Which is false. Before I had bought it they recommended a Suction Jet Pump recall on the car… no biggie, its free. (So what I thought) But while they were doing my recall they noticed a part was cracked and couldn’t complete the recall unless I paid $580 for the part. (In which I did). They also “found” a coolant leak and a OIL leak when doing the inspection…. Second,... read more

Extremely disappointed with my latest experience here. I have had my 2018 VW Atlas serviced with them for almost a year and so it’s extremely frustrating that during my most recent appointment to inspect and service my check engine light, I was told I needed to have my coolant sensor replaced. Upon repair, which ended up costing $791 (between being charged an inspection fee + service fee + parts + AND a 3% surcharge for using a card… because apparently, they can’t absorb that charge even though they are a freaking FOREIGN CA... read more

Came here to look into getting the top R-line Atlas because we had a VW before and loved it. I mentioned X-plan as I've been offered it elsewhere. At that point Sean treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and said no one was doing that right now. After informing him Ford, GM, Cadillac, and Lincoln are all taking part in this supplier discount he stated why don't you go work with them then. Wrong answer! I'll take my $$$ elsewhere. You just lost a guaranteed sale. Terrible customer service and very ARROGANT sa... read more
