Came here to look into getting the top R-line Atlas because we had a VW before and loved it. I mentioned X-plan as I've been offered it elsewhere. At that point Sean treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and said no one was doing that right now. After informing him Ford, GM, Cadillac, and Lincoln are all taking part in this supplier discount he stated why don't you go work with them then. Wrong answer! I'll take my $$$ elsewhere. VW service is awsome. Answered within a minute. Unlike the clowns in grand rapids/holland/and plainfield. Waited for hours to never get anyone on the phone.

This place rocks!! Had to break my VW Jetta in to check out some engine lights and everyone from the desk clerk to the mechanic gave me the Royal treatment. The waiting room is awesome too, I haven't had my pet Corgi and the weight room is set up for pet friendly activities and treats. Actually I had a very complicated mechanical issue to solve they explained it clearly and so I knew what the options and costs were very quickly This will be the only place I'll bring my car back to for factory related service.
