I dealt primarily with Sammy & Brandon. I was looking at the VW Atlas. They were very accommodating to find just what I wanted. The whole team was very thorough. It was a pleasure to deal with them. A far better experience than most dealerships.

I would never recommend dealing with Volkswagen corporate or this dealership after the experience I’ve had. 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan needs a new battery. They quote $398 parts and labor over the phone. They complete the work, now they say the cost is $600. I’m only coming to the dealership because the new battery has to be programmed. It’s $300 worth of labor to change and program a battery? And you can’t quote it right on the phone?
