If I have to give a star, I guess I'll give it a 1 but I don't think they deserve that. They lied to me and several others stating they were bonded and insured. I was told the owner has felony drug charges and looked for myself to verify that was true and I did. They said they do background checks but if the owner has a felony... then how well can you trust that?
I love my Clean Freak. She was very professional and cleaned above anything I could ever have expected. She left my house looking way better than I could have ever done by myself and it smelled wonderful. She was prompt, efficient, and very friendly. I never realized that I could get such great service at such a great price. I will definitely tell my friends! Thank you Clean Freaks!

I have used Clean Freaks for a number of years now and have been very satisfied with the quality of work. They were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond.
I would not recommend Clean Freaks to anyone. They were expensive and I was unimpressed with the work done on my home. I expected it to smell good and clean when I got hom and I was disappointed.
Sub standard at best. More concerned about selling their cleaning products and laundry than about cleaning your home. Each cleaner is an "independent" contractor and the Clean Freaks are not responsible for the "independent" contractor. They don't tell you that when you call.
