They take my up to date insurance card at the front for the appointment. Then proceed to use a 4 year old insurance card they had on file instead, the medical biller sends the bill to the wrong address, then the urgent care tries to send me to collections. They’re incompetent.
Very strange and disappointed place, I registered online and provide all information of the my son, at the time of appointment, the receptionist told me that, we don’t accept patients below 3y. This awkward and stupid that they don’t mention it at the time of registering.
Super rude staff. Hung up in my face. I am not the confrontational type so I remained respectful and patient the entire time just to get hung up on.
