what a joke, set up an appointment, told its going to be an hour for an inspection. Service advisor states its going to take 1.5 to 2 hours., says the scheduler can say what they want, not always accurate. kind of a bait and switch. no notice, drove 45 min from GR, . I'll never do business with them again. I hope you don't get the same poor treatment I received.
Worst dealership in Michigan. I warn you to stay away if you expect to be treated with respect. If you don't care to be treated poorly then this is the place for you. I scheduled an appointment for a recall this morning. The person that scheduled the appointment said the inspection takes 1 hour. We drove 45 minutes to the dealer, when the service advisor came to discuss the appointment time he said 1.5 to 2 hours for the inspection. I explained we were told 1 hour on the phone.
