RecommendedHad a wonderful experience start to finish, and it was a long one!! January contract and July close. Jordan stayed in constant communication throughout the process with market info that was very helpful and calming during the coronavirus pandemic. Jordan is a pleasure to work with. Young, energetic, intelligent and knowledgeable. Reseached for answers on topics she didn’t have answers for off the top of her head (weren’t many!)
Jordan Steady was incredible easy to work with. My fiancé and I were moving to Charlotte from out of state and were overwhelmed on setting up tours for rental homes in our limited time. Jordan worked with us to set up tours of rental homes that were perfect matches to what we were looking for. She really listened and understood our needs. My partner and I viewed a townhome to lease with Kyle Frey of My Home Realty Group/Leasing (Broker in Charge, according to his e-mail signature). We liked the apartment and applied online per his instructions. There was a $75 fee per adult, so $150 total. Their website says applications will be processed same day if received by 3pm on a weekday. However, after we paid to apply we never heard back from them. Not a single word.
