I have rented two VERY expensive units from this company. I have spent $138,000 in rent with this company over the last year and a half. They take their time responding to requests. They have no sense of urgency when emergencies happen and they are very argumentative. I have had issues with two of their property managers for not taking initiative. Due to the nature of high end rentals, sometimes parts are hard to source. In one case, there was a broken door lock (while another door within a few feet) and a fireplace remote that was on backorder for months. We would have all loved to have this corrected sooner but we are at the mercy of the supply chain. We are aware of the plumbing issue just reported and have emergency crews there correcting the issue.
My experience with *****************************, (condo owner) ***********************, and ***************************************, has been awful, inconsistent and unprofessional they are arrogant people. RecommendedHad a wonderful experience start to finish, and it was a long one!! January contract and July close. Jordan stayed in constant communication throughout the process with market info that was very helpful and calming during the coronavirus pandemic. Jordan is a pleasure to work with. Young, energetic, intelligent and knowledgeable. Reseached for answers on topics she didn’t have answers for off the top of her head (weren’t many!)
Jordan Steady was incredible easy to work with. My fiancé and I were moving to Charlotte from out of state and were overwhelmed on setting up tours for rental homes in our limited time. My partner and I viewed a townhome to lease with Kyle Frey of My Home Realty Group/Leasing (Broker in Charge, according to his e-mail signature). We liked the apartment and applied online per his instructions. There was a $75 fee per adult, so $150 total. Their website says applications will be processed same day if received by 3pm on a weekday. However, after we paid to apply we never heard back from them. Not a single word.
