I took my mom for a haircut here and whilst they were polite, I was turned off by the stylist scratching herself (in her pants) - unclear if stomach or elsewhere. I was distracted by this I couldn't even reply to her question. I immediately told her to wash her hands. No apologies made. I paid for the service, I regret it now. I will definitely never go back.
