I had an amazing experience at Touch Beauty Salon! The staff were so friendly, professional, and welcoming. They truly take the time to understand what you want and make sure you leave feeling beautiful and confident. The service was excellent, the salon was clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Tried getting waxing here a few weeks ago and realized they only use one spatula for the entire appointment. Found this to be unhygienic, will avoid this salon in future. Replying to the comment from the owner- this review is based on my waxing appointment last week. That being said please stop making your customers look like liars, why would I lie about the hygiene of the salon. It's true that only one spatula was used and I feel unsafe coming back here for anything anymore.
