I called this company to look at a safety issue for my home electricity. The young lady asked me was I the owner. I said no. I wanted to pay for an opinion and she said it will cost me $599.95...estimated cost of $600. The front desk lady is either ignorant or they want to price gouge. She didn't call the owner nor follow back up with me. I do not recommend this company.
I think your electrician was the best, most professional individual that has come to service my rental unit. I have had issues in the past and the electrician spent more time trying to upsell me than actually fixing my electrical issues. Your rep on the other hand, got the job done and was professional all the way. I will certainly refer My Torrance Electrician Hero to others.
