I had a red light ticket. I was nervous about the ticket. They keep up with me letting me know what's going on. A year later it was dismissed!!!
Great service!! I got ticket for electronic violations and not my mistake totally, I explain my situation to My Ticket NYC and take care of my ticket. I got date in November 2024 and then it was reschedule for October 2025. I totally keep losing track on it but suddenly I got message in August 2025 that my ticket was dismissed, way before my court date. That feels so good. Thanks again for your service.
