Instant relief—thanks to the magic of Michelle at My Therapy by Michelle. I had been complaining about my tight hips and hamstrings due to my sedentary lifestyle. By the end of my 60 minutes, I felt more fluid and liber that I can remember in recent time. The set up is very calm and relaxing in a cute little office setting. I will definitely be back for a much longer treatment to improve my range of motion.
Michelle is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond in her craft to gain new knowledge and skills that help her clients benefit long after the massage is done. With a few touches, she can tell what’s going on with your body; what you are and what you are not doing (ha ha ha! ~ have you been drinking your water, wine, or soda pop?) I love how she models self care, then reminds us while we’re conversing, & then adds it to her daily/weekly newsletter. Talk about a master professional!
I had an incredible prenatal massage with Michelle! She has a special pregnancy pillow with a hole in it so you are still able to lay on your belly and get your back massaged. I would highly recommend her!
10/10 experience with Michelle! Hands down the best massage I ever had. She knows what she’s doing and is so sweet! She listens to your concerns and gives great feedback. I can’t wait to come back and will be recommending her to everyone!
