Only complaint is that they don't tell you cleaning instructions. Everything else is great. And if you look at the back of their business card they have cleaning instructions there. I just think they should go over it with you really quick. But the place and staff is great. I will return.
Horrible! Would not recommend. We got no cleaning instructions, the place was deserted, the staff looked annoyed from the moment we walked in until the second we left. The piercer didn't say two words to us before he stuck the needle in my partner's nose. He didn't pierce where she wanted, and then scraped her nose with the needle!! It won't stop bleeding and she has a huge scratch. We barely got more than an irritated "sorry". I will make sure to let everyone know about our horrible experience.

Humm ok well it would have been handled by the manager if something was said at the time so the piercer could not have said any different at the time . But it's history now just like the piercer is . We have replaced him now we have " Bunky " piercing fulltime at the shop . And thanks for posting the info . Really we like to hear from our customers . So thanks again .
