I made an appointment with a artist for my daughter and I. He failed to show but I didn't have to wait long. As soon as the owner heard his employee wasn't there and we had an appointment and were waiting he rushed from his house to come do it. I had no idea what happened until he told me later and I was so appreciative of him leaving his house to come honor the appointment. He has found 2 customers for life!
