Not only did they answer my phone call immediately, but David was out within a day to give me an estimate. The estimate was fair and the workers came two days later. Done efficiently and only took one day. I would definitely recommend this company.
Don't waste your dime and time
Called to get estimates and Guillermo came over verbally quotedn me a price for the services and scheduled an appointment to do the work a few days later. He didn't show up or call that day after I waited all day. He called the next day to find out where I was! Reschedule a month later and the guy who showed up didn't know what work he would be doing. David was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. This company was actually the ONLY one that called me back. Guess the other guys are too busy 🤷🏾♀️ . Anyways, my husband and I decided to finally work something out with our lawn. The old sprinkler system was broken and some sprinkler heads were not working. I give them 5 stars just for answering the phone. IDK What's up with their competition but I had to call a total of 5 sprinkler repair companies to speak to someone. Mind that 3 still haven't called me back... Anyways, David came to replace a few sprinkler heads and troubleshoot my sprinkler system - great customer service. Totally honest and upfront on pricing - which I REALLY appreciate.
