Dropped my vehicle on Wednesday evening to the shop, to be seen on Thursday morning. It had a noise in the front end. I asked if they could take a look and let me know what the issue was. I called in Thursday at 10am and was told they were getting organized and would let me know by the end of the day. No call back. Friday morning I called again, and the lady on the desk said that they can't get the STRUTS from their supplier so they can't do the repair. They would need to outsource the parts. I brought my wife's car in with the engine light on her Toyota Corolla. Without authorization or a proper diagnosis the mechanic installed an O2 sensor. Within half an hour of driving the engine light went back on. I returned the car to My Smart Auto in Burlington where it remained for another day. When I asked the owner Mike Dang if it was fixed and why an O2 sensor was installed without my authorization he stated that my written note that was provided to him, indicated that it could be an O2 sensor problem, not that it is!... read more
