If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. Last week I called in to ask if I could have my new tires put on my current rims and have my brakes done. Shawn asked me what my concerns were about the brakes and I told him the last time they were done was 2023. He instsntly asked how many KM im putting on the truck and didn't think id need them done but he would look and let me know. Instsntly I was impressed. They are nice. I think they mean well. But, I had front brakes installed improperly. Squealing sound was frequent but intermittent/ started occurring 2 weeks after installation. Called multiple multiple times. Was told its common in new brakes. Might happen if I drive aggressively and they get hot. Because parts are original dealership parts I bought... it wasn't warranted of the part was faulty. I returned with complaint 2 months later. I said NO. Not normal coming from front. Don't bring up your reputation being long-standing. Steve Smart, the former owner, built that reputation...not you Mike!Was told I did not know what a slow leak on a tire was. Was told all of my other tires should be on riding on the rims by the 3 other PSI readings. They were not on the rims at all. Now 2 months later I have refilled the tire I brought in for repair in 2 months. Winter tire seasonis here so good luck to me on getting anyone to fix it in the next month.....awesome!!
