We have been using my service company for about 10 years, but I don’t think I’ve ever done a review so it’s about time. Ben and his team are fantastic. They have fair pricing, very great at communication, and we never feel misled. I just had the best experience with this company! My hot water tank stopped working, I spoke to Ben and got some good advice, I was quoted over $1000 less than at their competitor to replace it. The morning I was to get the tank replaced my hot water was working again. They sent Cory over to take a look. He was so knowledgeable and explained so much in terms I could understand. Amazing service… Great people… Very Reasonable pricing… Call them you won’t be disappointed!!!
Considering the technician used my equipment and water to clean my air conditioning unit, which was in easy to clean condition I think the bill I received was highly overpriced! I pay my bills, but do not consider almost 300 dollars for as simple as the job was to be a fair price!
