I booked an appointment with Serenity Spa, they took my payment information and confirmed that they would not charge my card until the day of my appointment. I called and rescheduled the appointment. Serenity Spa went ahead and deducted the funds from my account even though I had not utilized the services. The rescheduled appointment was for January 28th, 2026.
