We have used this facility for 5+ years! April, the Manager in Brighton does a wonderful job treating people as valuable assto the company. She truly goes the extra mile!
Very disrespectful management. They do not know how to treat people here. They overcharge and force you to buy their lock so they have a key to your storage unit
Worst Management EVER! They don’t take accountability for their mistakes and the customer is not always right in their eyes. I was behind on my rental unit payment, I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT. It’s is a shared storage and several members of my family are to give me the funds and I make the payments, it in my name, I get that. The unit was up for auction and of course no one was able to pay, so I took it upon myself to use my last and get the items out of “auction” status. The office girls took such good care of me. I fell on hard times, couldn’t make my payments and they worked with me to get my account straight. If I ever need a storage unit again, we will definitely be back. Thank you for all of your help ladies!!!
