Bought my son a new floor model Storm 150cc on line, what a joke! The vehicle is supposedly professionally assembled, looks like a 10-year-old put it together!!! Vehicle doesn't run, nuts loose, seat doesn't latch, front tires are 80% worn in the in the center, frame/decals are all sun faded, plastic melted to the exhaust heat shield, missing all four dust hub cover caps and the best part was they even went as far as putting a aftermarket sticker over a big crack in the plastic by the fuel tank. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manny the owner is the only one that knows anything to answer questions.. The other girls sound like there 15 years old and dont know anything.. Manny is horrible to work with and doesnt return calls.. Ive had issues with my bike from the beginning with no help from Manny.. Bike stalls and parts are damaged.. Ive spent hunreds of dollars having my mechanic figure out why the scooter wont stay running.. He already has my money so he doesnt care to help.. I recommend this company to everyone who is interested in motorcycles, they have a variety of ATV's, scooters, dirt bikes and go karts. They have great customer service, the lady's that work there are very sweet, and are very helpful with general questions you might have. I purchased my scooter from this location. Great company, customer service and advise on what scooter would be convenient for myself. I did have issues at first but they took care of it. I do have other college friends who will be interested so I will be recommending them to this company. Thank you.
DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought an Apollo Commander ATV online via there site txpowersports.com and it does not work. From Day one it has had issues and missing parts that was needed to get this ATV going.. It has electrical issues and mechanical issues.. It keeps blowing fuses, Headlights stopped working and will not stay running. . I've called several times and asked to speak to Manny (the owner) and I am always told "he is not in" then hung up on me, or I need to E-mail him. Any parts you are claiming under warranty we must get the old parts back in order to do any warranty that is the policy set by our suppliers. DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought a ATV online via there site txpowersports.com and it does not work. They sold is as fully assembled, tested, install battery, add gas and go have fun. THAT is not the case. It has electrical issues and mechanical issues. I spent an hour on facetime with there mechanic (Ervin) troubleshooting the electrical system and adjusting the carburetor. i bought a go kart from these guys for my daughter for Christmas. i shold have known when i started talking to them. I asked about a specific go kart before driving 3 hours from Louisiana to pick it up. When i got there they showed me a similar go kart and said the name had changed. I got a very good price. There are many places in the DFW... in my opinion this is the only place to buy a Chinese scooter . They have very knowledgeable staff on site, after sale customer service is awesome I have owned my bike for over a year now every time I needed something on it they always helped me with a smile. I have bought something else where I always got run around or always got charged a labor charges even though I had own the bike for literally 1 week give me a brake ... BEWARE...They send the wrong item and demand you pay to ship it back and in its original metal case.. like people just keep that laying around. They also have sent me a atv that has NEVER ran...This company has costed me dearly and i would run fast if i was you
