i was robbed by them i ordered a 2020 lifan kp mini and was sent a 2018 model with damage all over for 2100 dollars and they gave me back only 100 this place is a total rip off and do not recommend them they choose who to treat good and who to send random peice of junk bikes too and this was my first bike luckily i put 500 miles on it and got my money back selling it on the street and family go carts in texas was the name on the cert. of origin so highly recomend to stay away from these creeps

As soon as your payment clear this people would not give the F about you. I purchase a brand new motorcycle with a bunch of damage and they don't even have the dignity to apologize ????

Hello - I purchased a brand new UtV - a Cazador 200, around 18 months ago, and have had nothing but trouble out of it. I don't use it for hunting or anything off road. I take my wife and baby girl riding on it around our neighborhood. So far, I have had to replace the carb , the muffler has started coming apart near the rear of the machine, where it meets the exhaust. They apparently don't stand by what they sell. I purchased a scooter from them that had the steering stem and fork triple tree improperly assembled and they are trying to claim it was due to an accident. It's a brand new scooter with zero damage. It's just simply a component that should not have passed through QA when assemble. I'm surprise given what I've been reading online that this place has a BBB rating of B.

I purchased a second bike from these guys less than five weeks ago. I got it here in a timely manner and I should have known something was wrong as soon as I got it because the delivery company didn't bother to call me to schedule a drop-off. Lucky for me I followed up and called them to find out it was the next day while I was working! Good thing I can just skip work without consequence or I would have had to pay for Xtra shipping charges. Anyways, I checked the bike over and tightened up every nut. Read the manual twice. Thieves, Liars, Con Artist, Foreign Nationals posing as Americans. I bought a RPS Hawk 250 in the middle of May 2019. Engine started spitting oil then quit working on July 4th 2019. After numerous phone calls and emails asking for shipping process and information they finally responded at the end of Aug 2019. I then immediately sent the engine back at my shipping cost of $95 in a wooden crate to protect it from damage. I orderd a brand new coolster Atv that had a shifting problem upon arriving. Couldn't even ride it because of the issue. There customer support is terrible, any problems you address to them you have to send an email, and they'll respond in 24hrs, but they don't. It took them three days or even a week or never to respond. Their live support is terrible too. Having to explain your problem to multiple people over and over is exhausting and nerve wrecking. I give them 2 stars for fast shipping.

My girlfriend bought a bike from them. The bike was defective and never started. They claim it is a wiring problem. All the wires were checked and the problems lies deeper in the vehicle. They dont offer any customer service help and will not work with you in any way.
