Be mindful schedulers for appointments will not verify dental insurance in network but book appointments and randomly say that they will accept your insurance without logging into your insurance portal. It’s a do it yourself verification bc this office will accept out of pocket payments so they don’t really need to verify. Thus, it’s not worth the appointment. I find it unethical for schedulers to kinda mislead patients over the phone just to fill up the calendar.
This is my regular dentist. Everyone is always nice and friendly. Lots of great technology in this office. Dr really keeps up with the latest treatments so I know I am getting the best care.
Kate is a fantastic hygienist. The entire office is very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I would advise to not go here. I agree with the other 3 one star reviews in the last 7 months that this practice is dishonest about billing cost and insurance. My husband and I called several local dentists looking for someone who accepts Delta Dental and My Saratoga Dentist said they did. I said, “Great because I do not want to go somewhere I have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed or anything.” And they said, “No we accept your insurance, we don’t do that.” Then when we got to the appointment, they said that they... read more
