The only thing I can rate right now is their communication with customers. They've had my bike for a week and told me they'd call after they looked at it. That was last friday!
The price quoted was the price I paid. Great people that really seem to care about you and your ride...can't ask for much more than that. They have earned my patronage and I highly recommend them.
Mike & Kelly are simply Jekel & Hyde. Great when you drop your bike off. After that, good luck. Took a year to get our bike back from these guys. Only after contacting the BBB did they respond to calls. $$ was paid & they Never did any work. Simple head gasket replacement that was never serviced. Still leaks & when picked up the bike, they switched carbs from some other bike. Was leaking gas all over when riding home. We gave them our business to support small businesses. What a mistake. Fixed my clutch after cHarley dealer mechanics screwed it up and wanted to replace entire clutch. Saved me about $800!! They will be the only ones I trust my bike with!!
