Told, Bike was ready, "Come pick it up." Got there, Mike is in one of his moods. When the bike is rolled out from the back it's covered with 2 and a half months of dust and no sign of any work being done. Bike failed to start. Had to call for Donkey Haul to get it home.
This place has the worst customer service on top of being completely incompetent. Don't take your motorcycle here unless you are prepared to wait months for a simple repair. They only respond to your phone calls and emails if you give them a bad review online, otherwise they ignore you completely. Beware that if you do give them a bad review they will harass you with phone calls and threatening voicemails!!!
Awesome customer service. They were able to get me a same day appointment for a oil change on my v-rod, and at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend them, as well as I will use them for any other services I need in the future!!!!
Had major trans work done on my bike, great people good honest and trust worthy. No BULLSHIT. Will b back for any and all work needed on my bike. Thanks
