I love my provider, Rachell. However, the front desk can be curt and condescending. I worked up the courage to call and schedule an appointment since I had not been able to attend my follow up in March and felt ashamed. The person on the phone was very rude about it, so I matched that energy and informed them that I was busy helping my dog that got hit by a car heal and hadn’t been able to schedule due to needing to care for him. This location doesn't get as much recognition, but their staff and team are always helpful and responsive.
A wonderful practice with caring and compassionate doctors. I wish all my doctors were as awesome as they are!
Heidi Cook is great - not only is she always on top of managing my medications, she is also a pleasure to speak with and genuinely cares about her patients. Her kind disposition makes it very easy to talk to her about my needs, and her expertise lends itself to helping me grow and heal. Highly recommend.
