This week, we experienced a leak in the hose connecting the filter to the pump, caused by sun exposure over the past six years which led to dry rot. Since the original hose is no longer manufactured, Kevin and Tiffany went above and beyond by fabricating a replacement using available parts. Excellent customer service and problem-solving!
