These people are always willing to help. Great business to deal with.
Employees r great. Mike is…well someone I will not work with again. His installer knocked over and shattered our anniversary name plaque made of quartz or marble. I reached out to see what they might do about it. Mike threatened to sue me because his installer hurt his foot. His installer told me earlier he was not hurt because he had steel toe shoes. You can judge for yourself if this is the kind of owner you want to do business.
Kevin stopped out to help us with a pool problem that no one could figure out for the last several years! Within minutes he not only diagnosed that problem but fixed it!!! I can’t tell you how much stress this relieved from us! What a pleasant and great guy!!! We would recommend My Pool Guys without hesitation to everyone!!! Thank you again
