Although the hotel recently suffered flooding, I found everything to be clean and in working order. Staff was wonderful. Great room! Clean bathroom! I would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here on Monday with my best friend and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were and a full size refrigerator! Very clean bathroom. Yes, the first floor suffered flooding recently but it is all being sorted out and will be even better once that is done. Check in was easy with a friendly staff. Ebony who was there when we checked out was super lovely to chat with while waiting for a cart to become available. She even helped us put our luggage into our car!! What hotel staff does that?! I do not recommend anyone the bad experience I had at this hotel, after having paid for the service they refused to allow entry arguing that they did not have a system, I spoke the next day with Ashly and Jourdan explaining the situation but they did not offer a solution and I lost my money.
It was very clean and quiet. Everyone of the staff members that I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
