I’ve been here at this hotel from time to time and there’s a plethora of things wrong with this hotel but for one it starts with the staff they simply do not wish to do there job, the manager is apparently rude to customers although I’m unsure if it’s the manager and the some of the staff seems to not be doing there job. Staff work hard! Too Hard! but please hire more because there were a lot of complex issues having to be sorted and dealt with by one sole person! During peak check in times!
We were only given one bath towel and the tub took hours to drain, making showers gross. Kitchenette sink also was slow to drain. Staff had a sign out saying they were helping other guests while they were just hanging out talking in an office out of sight.
