Our room was so dirty. The floors hadn't been cleaned because the bottoms of our feet were black after walking on them. The dust was on most of the furniture. This what happens when you hire people that doesn't really care and doesn't have anyone checking on their work.
We stayed 1 night and the service desk Allison was super friendly and updated us with all the amenities. The room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. And the price was so affordable. I will be staying at this place when we travel. Thank you for your hospitality!
Absolutely awful - housekeeping came twice in 17 days. I had to purchase supplies to clean the toilet and dust and wipe down the bathroom. It turns out unlike other hotels, they won’t touch anything if you have items left out on the counter…??? There was one nice employee at the front desk. Don’t understand why there is a kitchenette and they don’t provide any kitchen utensils or dishes or pots and pans. All other extended stay hotels do. Why would you pay for that??
