We just got our dog home, it has been a rough couple of days. Our girl had to be rushed in for emergency surgery yesterday, once Dr. Blum got confirmation as what was wrong (what he suspected it was) he rushed right in to surgery, he didn't waste time going over payment options, heck I'm not sure he even had his morning coffee... If not be for his vet tech Janet and himself for dropping everything to take care of our girl, she more then likely wouldn't be here with us tonight! In the past, always been pleased with them but not this last time. They had my cat for 4 days and never once did a doctor call me to explain her issues. I guess spending over $200 to make her better doesn't warrant a doctor's time. Now looking for new vet.
My Pets Vet has an amazing group of people that work there. I have always left feeling my concerns about my beloved pets were addressed. Dr. Blum will not leave you with unanswered questions he truly cares. I would highly recommend entrusting them with your four legged family.
