I wanted to begin my review stating that we are under the care at the Bird Road location, but Susana, the receptionist at the Pinecrest location is absolutely amazing! We needed a refill on our cat's inhaler and she was so patient, kind and helpful in chatting with me and our pharmacy. As someone who used to be a medical receptionist, she is amazing to work with!!
